Kelvin has also written for publications such as Empire, Elle, and Cosmopolitan. He was the first journalist to interview and write about pop star Robbie Williams while Kelvin's first novel Here We Go! was published by Random House. He has also written the film biography Kevin Costner: Prince of Hollywood . Kelvin started out singing in several bands before he began to attract attention performing as a solo artiste. Kelvin's recording of his song Voice Of An Angel appears on the compilation album Best Unsigned Album ... Ever! 2, released by Chromium Records.
